Clinical Program Senior Manager, Cigna Darren Sush, PsyD, BCBA-D

Darren Sush, PsyD, BCBA-D is a licensed clinical psychologist and a board-certified behavior analyst (doctoral) with over 15 years of experience developing and participating in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. Dr. Sush is the Clinical Program Senior Manager with Cigna, leading the Autism/ABA Psychology Review team, and is the co-author of 'A Workbook of Ethical Case Scenarios in Applied Behavior Analysis'. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Behavioral Psychology program at Pepperdine University, and an associate professor in the ABA and Clinical Psychology programs at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, teaching doctoral and master’s courses in applied behavior analysis and psychology.

Associate Clinical Director, Optum Tiffany Hodges, PsyD, BCBA-D

Dr. Tiffany Hodges is a licensed clinical psychologist and a board certified behavior analyst, doctorate. Dr. Hodges has been with Optum since 2009. Prior to Optum she worked in private practice working with children and adolescents for both psychological assessments and individual therapy. She also worked with several ABA agencies working as a front line technician and later as a supervisor.

LCSW, BCBA Katherine Wooten

Katherine Wooten has over two decades of experience in direct clinical services and managed care leadership in the south, northeast and mid-west. Katherine currently serves as corporate clinical director for New Directions Behavioral Health, where she oversees the company’s Autism Resource Program. Katherine is responsible for operations management, business development and innovation for a team of behavior analysts, social workers and professional support staff. As a longtime advocate for member experience, she enjoys the challenge of creating innovative solutions to the changing needs of autism treatment. She received two bachelor’s degrees from Rhodes College, a master’s degree in social work from the University of Tennessee and a graduate certificate in behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. She maintains an active LCSW license in New Jersey and national board certification in Behavior Analysis.
